Need a 3D workstation for an associate. They use AutoCAD and a few other graphics/design apps.

Not sure on this setup...looks like the T1500's are AutoCAD certfied and come with the Quadro NVS 295. How much better is the FireGL 3750 and is it worth it?

He will be powering a 26" Samsung T260 LCD if it matters.

Budget is pretty open as this is for a VP level associate, but obiviously we don't want to spend more than needed.

 
Went with a Dell T1500, 2.66 i5 processor, 4GB (from Crucial), added the media reader and the 512mb Quadro 580 card.

Was just under $900.

Samsung T260 monitor.
