Need a 3 1/2 Floppy Ultility

Sure - there is a DOS utility that is called DISK COPY. It has existed for over 25 years that I know of.

Well - what can I say - it is supposed to make an exact duplicate - if the source was bootable, so should be the target. ???
 
If you have access to linux you can just use dd. dd is also a great way to make ISO images of CD's
