Need a <$250 camcorder suggestion

So I have a friend thats getting married, he wants a digital camcorder, less than $250 and uses flash or HD for storage.

any suggestions?
 
A pocketcam like a Kodak Playsport or point & shoot w/ video capabilities would be his best bet. In that price range, I'd recommend a Canon SD780 with a 16gb memory card, spare battery, and carry case. It does 720p 30fps to SDHC cards.
