Need a 15ft DVI-D cable

Since Monoprice's website is down, does anyone know a good place to get a DVI-D cable around 15ft long for a decent price?

I need some other cables as well, namely RCA extensions, a longer PSU power cable, and some long length USB cables.

Monoprice had me at a total of $19 for everything but the USB cables. Apparently they won't be accepting orders for another week.

Yeah, it sucks that monoprice is not accepting orders. For the first time in months I need to buy a cable, and monoprice is down. Monoprice has the best price for the cable I need, a USB extension cable 30ft or more with a repeater since USB cables can only go to 15ft before they need a repeater.


Can anybody find a price online that can beat this one? It's around $16 shipped from monoprice, but I don't really want to wait a week or longer for monoprice to accept orders again.

Since Monoprice was not just hacked but past customers had their CC cards used for fraudulent purchases already, it's at least a tiny consolation they'd shut down to get a handle on things.
