Need a 120mm Fan!!

I need a 120mm fan for my case, which will be used as an intake. It needs to be quiet, move a decent amount of air, and under $15. What would you guys recommend?
 
www.centrix-intl.com has some at 1.99 each or 10 for ~$15... They are 24V fans but also work at 10-27V and of course are quieter at lower voltages. You can create voltage steps of 10, 12, 15.3, 17 and 24V using various pairs of the PSU wires. Somewhere in there you should be able to find a good balance of CFM and quietude. It is 38mm (1.5") thick so check for clearance.
