Any ideas where I can find 9 or so XP Pro licenses? All of the companies listed on pricegrabber that sell XP for <$150 have ratings so bad I wouldn't even think of doing business with them.

A2ZComp.com seems like the only legit company, but I don't like their feedback on resellerratings.com.

All of those places are OEM, and according to MS Anti-piracy are not legal unless purchased along with a new computer.

where did you read this? Its perfectly legal to purchase OEM software for isntallation on machines (how else would these companies all be able to get away with sellling it?). You just have to make sure the OEM software when transfered (to another owner) is included on or with a piece* hardware installed on.

that piece can be hd or something as simple as a mouse due to the ambiguity of their EULA.

- Not according to MS Anti-piracy. 1-800-RU-LEGIT, call their anti-piracy # and find out for yourself

- Only if the COA that is with the product was manufactured or released on/before August 2005.

well if thats the case even microsoft themself isnt selling it legitimately due to the fact they have sold oem copies in the first place

- I don't understand your point... MS sells OEM copies to people who have registered, they come in specific bundles and are bound to certain terms. Are you trying to say it is ok to sell it since the manufacturer sells it? lol
