i need to get some new fans for my rig, and i want to get a fan that actualy changes speed based upon the temp, one that is actualy "smart"

can come with adjustable speed or not, just as long as its "smart"

the mobo is a biostar tforce am2 550, and its fan headers are 4 pins

these fans will go inside a enlight mid tower

i need 3

i dont need LED's

If you really need thermally controlled fans, Arctic Cooling has a large selection.

However, don't get a thermally controlled intake fan since it wont speed up at all because of how much cooler the outside air is.

I use 80mm/120mm Yate Loons. They're cheap and quiet. My cases are cooled with intake, front and side, exhaust, back and top.
Jab-Tech.com has some great prices.

As was said above, smart fans only work for exhaust fans unless they have "remote" sensors (sensor on leads rather than soldered right into the fan). Of course one can make any "smart" fan a remote sensor fan if he is handy with a soldering pencil...

Places like bgmicro.com, sidewindercomputers.com, allelectronics.com, jameco.com, etc. usually have a few "smart" fans listed. the Vantec ThermoFlo models are "smart". I may still have a couple of those in retail pack around here - if you're interested, LMK.

And you can make any fan into a smartfan with a NTC (negative temp coefficient - means the resistance goes down as the temp goes up) thermistor chosen for the fan (s) you have. Since you are making them yourself, you could make local sensor ones for exhaust and remote sensor ones for the intakes.
