Need 32bit RAID 5 card recommendation...

There are not any mb's with 64bit pci slots that are NOT opteron. I am building a server and with budget constraints, I am wanting to add RAID 5, not many cards out there for socket 939 or 754 32 bit pci slots.

I want this to be SATA RAID 5....

anyone have any experience with the limited ones that are out there?
