I would say "How do you feel about Stem-Cell Research? SA/A/N/D/SD. That way you aren't unconsciously giving the reader a push towards agree or disagree.

1) When the research is done on mature stem cells, yes. Fetal stem cells, no. (BTW, all the stem cell progress has been done with mature stem cells.)

2) No, as cloning decreases the lifespan of the animal. Man sucks at playing God. Let nature do its thing.
