Need 1 GB PC2700 SODIMM...suggestions?

Hi, I've got an HP Laptop that has trouble with some games...only 512 MB. With a stick of 1 GB, I'll have 1.25 GB of PC2700 in there, which might help.

So many places to buy...where do you get the stuff? Medium quality will work I guess, as I won't be overclocking it.

Wow, what a difference in price. The newegg close to two hundred, and the Crucial close to four hundred...
Anybody have advice or comments?

Do yourself a favor and buy this. You missed it when it was 150 but 160 is still a great price for PC2700 1gig sodimm. Working beautifully in my laptop http://forums.anandtech.com/me...4642&enterthread=y

Yes, quite the deal. But I just spoke to them on the phone: "No idea when it will ship, could be months. Still an active product, but no commitment from the manufacturer yet...if you order now you can lock in the price of $160..."

Ah well.
