Yahoo- those asholes jjust changes their policy and now you can't access our domain emails through their webmail, you must access first using he yahoo ID and then clicking our domain once signed in.

I need a new email hosting that is reliable, ease of use, upgradable to many gig, stable, quick printing, more features...

Money is no object... PLEASE HELP ASAP.

I need to get this done asap, as the company and boss need to have the email.

Grab a domain with one of the popular webhosting companies like godaddy or 1and1 and then use the built in webmail that comes with their cheap-ish business packages.

That or use the webspace that comes with a decent webhosting account and setup squirrel mail.

Depends on how much time you want to spend with it, the knowledge you have, and the flexibility you want.

Also a good idea if you have a fast, static IPed, dedicated internet access to the business location or you guys have a colo somewhere.

I don't have much experience with the latest MS Exchange webmail features, but buyer beware the last few editions I worked with were pretty nasty.

Although a valid point, the mistake has been made (for whatever reason), lets focus on a solution now.

Good to know.

First of all.

There is about 5-10 people working there. Maximum email iis about 10-30 total.

No need for server, since it requires more maintance and dedicated people. There is no full time IT, I'm part time. They had a company run it, but they sucked. I figured Yahoo small business was fine, because they want 100% reliability and be able to check everywhere. They liked the idea and price. But now they need something better, but I want to know what hosting do you guys recommend. No server please.

Sounds like you should just sign up for some webhosting that includes webmail hosting. See the many above posts from all sorts of folks detailing your options. If you have any specific questions you should let us know.

That's all he really needs. Any $5 a month hosting account can handle 10 email accounts. If you want greater stability or more resources go with a $50 a month VPS server.

Agreed. Maybe he should just go with that company in your sig, Telnap if they have something that would work.
