So, for months i have had this neck pain, stiffness, soreness etc...

I was NOT involved in any accident, and I dont have viral meningitis so that eliminates 2 possibilities. I believe it could be due to an initial neck strain, and constant strain from a bad pillow. However, that pillow has never bothered me before....

Can anyone recommend a good pillow? And not just some sharper image foam pillow, i mean ones that are actually orthopedic and recommended by doctors or national organizations... cuz i cant find any!

Help!

Possible but not likely. I have no numbness or tingle'ing running down my arms or shoulders. ;)

I wonder if it's strain from sitting in front of your computer...what I mean is, you might be unconsciously turning your neck to see the monitor in such a way that you are agitating the nerves in your neck.

I just had neck surgery and had never had an accident. There are tons of things it could be and nobody on AT would ever guess correctly. Doctor time.

I hope you listen to this advice and I have no affilliation with this dealer... get a Large 5.3lb MICRO MEMORY FOAM COMFORT PILLOW from this ebay dealer Text

I bought a mattress from this outfit and got 2 free pillows of this kind. The pillows are better than my old $100 Tempur-pedic pillow... I wouldn't kid on this.

I used to have neck pain and all that before my TP pillow and this one is even better. You will thank me, I promise you.
