I can't turn my head in one particular direction for very long because it gets strained. If I'm in a position where head isn't facing forward or looking straight, I start to get headaches just under the head (right under that piece of bone that protrudes at the back of the skull).
Are there any exercises I can do that are specifically geared towards eliminating this problem?
