NEC FP950 any good? or something else...

I'm debating whether or not I should get the NEC FP950 for $519. I've heard mixed reviews on this product from PC Magazine and from PC World. But they reviewed it when the pricetag was well above $700.

I want a professional 19" monitor that will run nicely with my G400 Max. I use programs like photoshop, illustrator, indesign, and other graphical programs.

Anyone have any recommendations?

If you can spend up to $500+, I highly recommend Mitsubishi DiamondPro 900u, professional model, great for the tasks you do. If you can spend like $50 more, you can get an even nicer Sony CPD-G500. Both great looking monitors.
