NEC FE700 anyone own one ?

Just curious about how good it is. I can get it at Staples for $260, free shipping plus Tax
Is it a good monitor compared to a Viewsonic or Sony of similar price ?

I have one, have had it for about 3 months now... used it to upgrade my old Sony 15" Trinitron... I find it to be as good if not better than my old sony was... I was thinking about getting a sony or viewsonic too but at the time this was like the 2nd place monitor right behind the more expensive Sony... since money was an issue this was a no brainer for me

I've had one for 5-6 months. Very pleased with it. My first Trinitron monitor, but I compared it with the Sonys and Viewsonics. I upgraded from a 17" Sylvania/Princeton 0.27mm dp monitor to the NEC. I actually preferred text display on the older monitor, but graphics on the NEC are stunning. Only issue (if it matters) is that refresh rates at 1280x1024 are around 65Hz. If higher resolutions are important, check out the FE750 which supports higher refresh rates.
