NEC AccuSync AS95F 19" Monitor $259.99 at Buy.Com -$30 coupon (all customers)= $229.99. Pretty good deal for a 19" flat screen monitor. Just do a search for 19" monitors should come up on first screen.

It was the deal of the day today, so you could have gotten it for 220 shipped rather than the 260 shipped. :)

Edit: Just checked the cart, it was indeed the as90.

90 - .26mm dot pitch, Flat Square tube
95 - .25mm dot pitch, True Flat tube

not a whole lot of difference... getting a truly flat screen might be worth it to you. Keep in mind that you will have to pay shipping on this. If it qualified for free shipping like the 90 (Deal of the day) then it would be really hot!

Thanks, luv2chill. The difference for me is about $40 (factoring in shipping) between the two monitors. It'll be mainly for watching DVD's, so the dot pitch won't matter as much (hopefully).

I think the refresh rate at 1600X1200 is 76hz...
Anyone know how this monitor measures up to a NEC FE950?

Seems the 95F has a .24 dot pitch as opposed to the .25 that Buy.com quotes. Other specs include:

Screen: 19" (18.0" viewable image size) Flat Screen
CRT: 0.24 mm flat dot pitch / 0.20 horizontal
Maximum Resolution: 1600 x 1200 @ 76 Hz
Horizontal Frequency: 31 kHz to 96 kHz

NEC even has an Evaluation unit available for those who wants to test things out first:
