NEC Accusync LCD 200VX Monitor Problem

I'm running this on a Dell Optiplex at work with a Radeon 7500 DVI card.

I have a black desktop and whenever I move a window I get blue line traces on the desktop at the edges of the windows.

I also get yellow lines on white or light background windows and vertical blue lines at regular intervals on the grey (FORUMS> *) line on these forums.

Anyone have any ideas why this is happening or how to fix it?

What res? Could be you've exceeded the dvi encoder's capabilities on that card.

1600x1200

I tried 1024x768 and still get the same results.

I'd try a different card if possible.
