NEC 3550a or BenQ DW1640

I'm leaning toward the NEC, does anyone know which one is quieter?

I really like my BenQ.. it doesn't spin up to maximum speed when you insert a disc, and therefore remains very quiet almost all of the time.

I like it.. No experience with the NEC.

I a BenQ and 3 NEC's, they are all quiet, and I've never had problems with any of them. The version of Nero I got with the BenQ had more stuff than the what came with the NEC, but other than that I don't notice any major differances.
