NEC 2510a v. Lite-On SOHW-832S

Ok, i have narrowed my choices down to these two burners

Does anyone have any suggestions of one over the other

at newegg the lite on is 86 retail and the nec is like 80 oem

id prefer the retail, but if nec is much btter, than id rather go for the nec
