Neatly format data between worksheets in Excel

I am trying to move some simple data cells in one worksheet in Excel that are in a data dump into another worksheet that is neatly formatted.

For example, in one worksheet I have a data dump from a csv and in the other tab I have neatly formatted table.

All I want to do is take the data from the one worksheet and move it to another.

I hardly use Excel so I have no idea how to do this.
A program we use to dump data just makes a simple csv dump.

Any info on how to do this?
 
Rather than just copy and paste, paste using paste special option. You can choose to keep/lose formatting, values, formulas etc.
