Good breakdown on TechCrunch:

Basic idea is $5 a month for unlimited streaming via browser. Most songs are 320kbps, some are 256kbps. They've got Universal, Sony, Warner, and EMI, plus a bunch of indie stuff. I thought it was dumb at first glance, because I use Pandora like 24/7 (64kbps, mmm), but it's actually pretty sweet - you can get more specific than Pandora, you have a lot more flexibility in creating stations/playlists, and the search is FAST! One thing I like about it over Pandora is that there's a slider to do artist-only, or more artists like this artist. Neato.
You can sign up for a free 1-hour trial. Pretty nifty. They need an iPhone/Droid app. Oh, and U.S. only for now.
