what about boiled eggs?

sounds good though.. man i threw away two cans of tuna this week because it had "stuff" in it... im a snob like that...

egg?? In Tuna salad? Sounds pretty good. But, "EVOO" - what? You think you're Racheal Ray or something?

That sounds pretty damn good. I'm not a huge tuna salad fan but a good tuna salad sandwich can really hit the spot sometimes.

I'm not big on tuna and I hate onions in most things.
My understanding is that celery is practically needed for tuna salad. I like celery. Maybe I'll just have that.

Tuna salad is open can, put tuna on bread or crackers, and eat. Nothing else needed.

that's Tuna Fish.

Tuna Salad IMPLES a Salad was mixed in.

My tuna salad:

Tuna
chopped boiled eggs
dill pickle relish
chopped onion
chopped celery
lemon pepper
mayonnaise

I just do Tuna, onion, celery, sweet relish, mayonnaise, and pepper. I serve it on toasted bread with mustard and lettuce.

I'm lazy so I use tuna in water (drained) and just add the sweet relish and mayo. Keeping fresh celery on hand requires effort.

Rachel Ray? Bite your damn tongue, I HATE that woman, can't stand the sound of her trashy annoying voice. Who the hell picks orange as the color of kitchen stuff? TACKY

As a lazy typing person I've been calling Extra Virgin Olive Oil [preferably from Italy, never from Spain or Turkey] EVOO for more than 15 years.

Tuna sucks. Sardines in oil ftw.

I bought a can of bristling sardines in olive oil one day for the hell of it. I can eat just about anything, I am definitely not a picky eater and I have a pretty wide range of what I find tasty. I had a couple of these bad boys and couldn't finish them. I tried to enjoy the raw fishy taste, but I just couldn't do it. The texture didn't bother me a bit, nor did the bones or anything, but that taste of warm oily fish just didn't do it for me. Maybe I need to give them another go in something other than olive oil. I love olive oil too, so I thought it would be my best bet.

I like all kinds of tinned fish. I came to it late in life, but I'm a firm fan now. It's cheap, tasty, and fairly healthy. I always have a few tins of tuna, sardines, and kippered herring around the house.

Try another brand.

Oh, agreed completely. I've never heard EVOO, except out of her mouth, just before I changed the channel.

Mine is easier and CHEAP.

The most ghetto cheap canned tuna you can find
Mayo
Salt n Pepper
