Nearing Upgrade Time...

This is a pretty cheap upgrade, I've got about $150 to spend. Which of the following should I get?

1. Antec P180 from Aspire X-Dreamer II
2. OCZ Powerstream 420W from the PSU that came with my case
3. Gigabyte 6600GT (the 1120MHz mem clock one) from Apollo FX5200
4. Another 512MB of RAM to add to current 512MB (and save the rest of my money til the next upgrade)
5. WD Caviar 200GB from 40GB 5400RPM drive (if you suggest this, where can I get good ghosting software for as much as $50?)(Note: I also have a 120GB drive for storage)
6. Something else. All specs are in sig.

How much faster will the 6600GT be than the FX5200? If you get a 50%+ framerate boost, then get the new card. Otherwise get a fast drive for your windows boot and another stick of corsair.
