Been awake since yesterday at 6am, it's now 4:48a and I can't sleep. I layed down earlier and I think I may have fallen asleep for about 15min but then woke up wide awake.
Wish I could join the club, I need to stay a wake untill at least 10pm tomorow & its 5am now but try to take some sleeping pills, Always worked for me.
No bathtub.
Roommates have out of town guests sleeping in living room (next to kitchen, no big meal)
I suppose I could read, music is out of the question, my woman is asleep and has to be up in a few hours. Otherwise she could prolly help me sleep.
I know it's harsh, but posting here is just making you more awake, you should turn the comp off and go splash some cold water on your face, then lay down and comtemplate something really difficult
If it makes you feel better, I am in kinda the same position. Finished work at 3 am and got to sleep at 4:30am. Really needed some sleep, but I couldn't, so after 5 1/2 hrs sleep, i'm here posting.
bah, i only had 3 hours sleep in the past 40 hours. am i partially insane? YES! but i can't sleep, so i keep going, and going, and going! hahahahahahahahaha!!!!

if you are of age, drink a beer or two, or do a shot. tylenol pm works, or if you have some prescription pain meds, take one of them (like vicodin, or tylenol 3)
