Anyone know where one can buy one of these at a B&M store.

You are gonna need to get it custom done. It's pretty expensive (I worked 3 years in a frame shop) but if it is important to you, not only will the framing last a lifetime, but it will look amazing.

If you want B&M and not too expensive like custome framing, I would suggest a store that sells collectibles (such as baseball cards)

It's just a standard picture frame and a specially-cut mat. Go to your average framing store and they should be able to take care of you; circle-cut mats are relatively easy to do with the right tool.
