NE1 know of a P2 Slot MoBo w/keyboard Power On?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a motherboard that supported P2 slot CPUs and had a keyboard power-on feature. By keyboard power-on, I mean, if the system is off, I can press CTRL-SHIFT-ESC or some other key combination, and the system will power up. I have an old P2 slot CPU laying around and I want to use it in an HTPC system. I'd like the keyboard power-on feature so I can use a Siliteck IR receiver and send the key combination through my Pronto remote and have my HTPC power-on.

The Asus P3V4X is a slot 1 motherboard and has keyboard power on, you can choose to use the Space Bar, Ctrl-Esc, or the power key.
