NE1 else having troubles with corrupt QuickLauch icons using nView (dual monitors) in Windows XP Professional?

I'm using a GF4 Ti4200 and the latest NVIDIA reference drivers. No matter what, whenever I reboot, the QuickLaunch icons on the left hand side of the screen near the Start buttons are always corrupted or have the wrong icons on them whenever I start Windows. I have to use the Repair tool in TweakUI to get them back to the way they're supposed to be.

I've tried a clean install and it still does it and I've tried the 28.90 drivers as well.

Any ideas?
