ND-1100A versus NEC-1100A DVD+ Burner

Bought two Cendyne 4x DVD+ Burners at Office Max. One is an ND-1100A and the other is an NEC-1100A. I think they are both NEC drives. Anyone know the difference if any?
 
I have looked at both those links. Yes, that is the model name from the back of the Cendyne box. I haven't opened them up yet because I am taking one back.

Bought one in store on Sunday and then found an online coupon and ordered one from officemax.com to save even more $$.

I'd like to keep the better one if their is a difference.
