NCP Memory Specs

Hi Guys,
First time poster here....so be gentle 🙂

A friend of mine is looking to pep up his old desktop. It's an old dell dimension 1100. I know it needs DDR pc3200 ram. I've sourced a couple of gig sticks from a guy online but have no way of knowing if they are DDR?
The make of the ram is NCP, not much online about them. According to the seller the sticker on the ram says NCP ELPD7AYDR-50M48 NC 03337 1GB PC3200. Anyone know anywhere where I can verify if this ram is indeed DDR?

Thanks in advance for any help and/or assistance.

Rgds,
Niall

PC3200 is a JEDEC standard DDR speed: 200/400MHz, 3.2GBps.

Now, just to make sure, PC2-3200 is DDR2 at the same speed, and not the same thing as PC3200.

P.S. I've seen NCP RAM in older HP desktops, but nowhere else. It appears to be a brand from a company named Hexon, headed in Singapore.

For a laptop, you don't need the exact same stick. Just get one with the same specs, the company/manufacturer doesn't matter

@Cerb, I was trying to find out how to tell if this stick was PC or PC2.
@T_Yamamoto, if you see my post it says that I'm looking at desktop ram.

I managed to find out it's DDR.
Thanks,
Niall
