So, I purchased a new laptop from NCIX.Com, a company I've done business with in the past several times. Bought it at about 9:30 on Friday night.

Half an hour later I get a call, confirming my CC purchase.

Today, it was delivered at 10:30AM.

How's THAT for customer service!
 
My CC payments are confirmed within 10 seconds. It's already confirmed and processed before I get to my account page. I've never gotten a next day delivery, though.
 
frys.com delivered my cpu for free in about 1 business day from 2000 miles away via DHL. While the rest of my computer parts came from 900 miles away 2 days later and cost me $30 to ship with UPS and newegg.
 
ncix? No, they've been around for a while. I've bought parts before, but I've never been this impressed with a company.
