NCAA basketball on CBS

I'm sure I'm not alone here. I just went to CBS.com and clicked Feedback at the bottom of the screen. I posted them this message:

Watching NCAA basketball in HD over the weekend, I found one thing extremely annoying. I find it absolute torture when you compress the image vertically in order to accommodate scores on the bottom of the picture. I'm sure your viewers would VERY MUCH PREFER if instead you would cut off a bit of the top and bottom of the picture. The squishing of the image gives me headaches and I'm a guy who NEVER gets headaches! Please, I know you can make that adjustment!

Oh, come on, admit it. It's nasty. Wouldn't you prefer it if they didn't compress the picture vertically? I hate that!

I'm undecided on the squash vs. crop issue plaguing this country.

They do this same thing when I watch Laker games on Fox Sports Net, I hate it. The image gets all distorted and blurry when they do it.
