Pretty effed up! I remember watching this guy rise through the ranks. He started off as a cameraman, then became the sports anchor, then became a morning news anchor. And now he's transitioned into big time low-life scum! :|

Further charges may be pending against the 32-year-old Carr, authorities said.
Casey Ryan Bokhoven, 26, of Winston-Salem, died in the incident, which occurred at about 3:40 a.m., police said.
Investigators said Carr was driving a 1997 Ford pickup west on West First Street when he entered a marked work zone at the intersection of Burke Street and continued traveling west in the work zone toward Hawthorne Road.
As he approached Hawthorne Road, Carr ran off the road to the right and hit Bokhoven, police said. Carr continued traveling on the sidewalk and collided with a building, police said.
A passenger with Carr, Fjola Ingvadottir Wilson, 33, was taken to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and listed in stable condition.
Carr was treated for a minor injury and released, according to police. His blood-alcohol level has not been released.
According to a search warrant, Carr refused to take a breathalyzer test. A magistrate issued a search warrant for two vials of blood. Police said they "detected a strong odor of alcohol" on Carr at the scene.
It was the city's fourth traffic fatality of 2007.
Carr has worked with WXII since 2000 and was named co-anchor of WXII 12 News at 5 and 6 a.m. in September.
Family members told WXII 12 News that Bokhoven was a chef at Forsyth Country Club and planned to go to a culinary institute in New York to further his career.
His family said Bokhoven was with friends at the Twin City Diner on Saturday night and was walking home when the incident occurred.
