NBC/Universal today announced the return of its popular t.v. series Heroes.
Director of Programming Bill Donovan said:
"We are pleased to announce the return of the NBC hit Heroes for another season. Public and critical praise of the show has been overwhelming. We believe last season was our best ever, and we intend to do even better in the upcoming season."
"Changes to the show include the focus on Claire as a troubled young woman and her internal conflict over whether she wants to return to cheerleading. We also plan a major change for Claires father, discarding the old fashioned horn rimmed glasses with stylish metal framed glasses. Fan favorite Peter will also have a new arc as fans will be in the dark the entire season as to what Peters powers actually are, and will have to speculate as to what power he is not using during tense moments"
"We are also pleased to announce Ali Larter has agreed to appear in up to 3 episodes. Our writers are planning on making these three appearances memorable and unexpected, as they will be totally without warning and not fit into the plot in any way."
"We are also pleased to announce Zachary Quinto will return as Sylar, though he will be played by a different actor and of course look entirely different"
Wow. I'm stoked
