they match. the two different '2's on the second letter dont eve look the same. (look at the addess at the bottom). The second two on the second letter matches the 2 on the first letter.

They look the same to me, even at the same ugly ass angle.

The handwriting is EXTREMELY similar. Everything from the spacing, to the slope of the letters is the same.

Anyone else notice that the two letters were postmarked at the same post office? That would tip me off that it is the same person...

I just noticed those 2's. Of course, the 2 in the return address zip code is different, but those other two are uniquely similar. There are plenty of other similarities as well, not the least of which are the NJ postmark and stamp. And the slanted block handwriting.

They are going on the similarities.... not the differences.... Look at the 0's and O's. They match. The angle. There are a few things about writting that remain constant and the O's and 0's are one of those constants. I would say the odds are better than 50% that they are the same person. (that is substantial when investigating handwritting).

This comes from the Hand writting Analyst with my local PD. Not my knowledge...

For some reason I picture and old, fat, corrupt, baldhead man with thin lips and a fat forehead with horn rimmed glasses writing that.

NFS -

Now how could you confuse that description with a smooth, suave, debonair, not to mention lady killer, like me?

Not me. I'm picturing a tall, skinny skinhead whacko in his twenties.

Hasn't Bush just opened another avenue for terrorists by asking children to send one dollar bills to the White House for afgan children? If they could infect that Microsoft letter without having any powder in it, they can easily do it with dollar bills...

They seem to be a good match to me.
All the letters are capital, but the first letter of each word is much biger than the other letters of that word.
E's, W's, O's, A's, C's, N's, T's, B's, F's, etc. seem very similar.
And as someone mentioned, the downhill writing style is very similar.
I just hope that they can figure out who did it.

Doesn't US currency have a germicide on it? If so can it be impregnated with Anthrax? Now that would be scary - having the money supply be infected. Yikes!

Al Qaida uses US cash to plan and execute their dirty acts. I doubt they would do this to themselves. However, infecting one dollar bills will not hurt them... :(

You are probably right, but Trenton is a very large central Post Office.

"The postmark means the letter could have come from any of 46 post offices in and around Trenton, said FBI Special Agent Sandra Carroll.

It's "a lot like looking for a needle in a haystack," Carroll said."
