I don't know how the Knicks can pull this one off. There already close to trading Nazr Mohamed and Othella Harington for Eric Dampier. Unless there trading Starbury their not getting Vince Carter.

According to the report, the Mavericks were looking to send Antoine Walker to New York and the Knicks would send a combination of players to the Raptors, with Shandon Anderson, Dikembe Mutombo and Kurt Thomas being mentioned. Golden State also was mentioned as a possible participant, with Erick Dampier as the main component.

man, if Isiah can dump those three and pick up Vince Carter, that'll be quite a steal. a starting 3 of Marbury, Houston, and Carter would be very exciting to watch.

I've always enjoyed watching VC play, but unfortunately the Raptors have never been an exciting team, so I just mainly see his highlights. Seeing him in NYC would be very interesting...

i think Vince has fallen off the radar a bit, with his team sucking, his injuries, and the criticism towards him. A chance of scenery for Vince might revitalize his career.

it'll also solidify Toronto as the worst team in the NBA.

I didn't know that it wasn't already rock solid. :D

With some value for vince, and a healthy Rose, Bosh, Marshall, they might be worth watching. I'd kinda like them to keep Mo Pete too, but that's looking doubful.

I've stopped watching the games they've been so bad...

I remember watching a clip where Vince did a dunk in front of Tim Duncan "in your face style," VC launched just two step away from the FT line.

If Isaiah can pull of this trade, he would be even more amazing as a GM than a player.

But for some reason, I have this feeling trading for VC will end up a bust like Grant Hill was for Orlando. Dunno why.

that's the problem.

try to remember the last time Vince won anything meaningful.

if his career follows the path it's on now, he'll retire like Dominique Wilkins and be forgotten.
