I guess AI is running the point now? Personally, I don't think that he belongs on that list since he is a 2 guard. What is Lebron's position nowadays? I thought he ran the point at some point last year.
Anyways, the PG's that I would put ahead of Steve Francis are: Kidd, Davis, Billups, and Nash (if healthy). I don't agree with having Cassell or Marbury ahead of him. Maybe those two might make it on skill alone, but they carry way too much baggage for my taste. Bibby and Parker are probably on par with Francis. So saying he could be top 5 isn't all that much as a stretch. But keep in mind he is nowhere near Kidd, Davis, or Billups. IMO of course
