Manu is too good. I'm cheering for the Pistons, but he's awesome.

There's no quicker way to show ignorance than spouting cliques like they're personal wisdom.
Defense wins championships!!!! I'm an NBA Expart like Steven A Smith! Play the game the RIGHT way.

p.s. The 'right way' playing Spurs were swept by the Lakers last season. Detroit was in serious trouble before Wade was injured. Same way the Lakers injuries (and Kobe) saved the Pistons last year.
But keep on trolling you NBA expert you.

Why? Because he supposedly kicked off the other drama queen from his team?
Yeah there's not enough room for two drama queens in the Lakers...![]()

since someone PMed me asking which Pistons players had injuries during the playoffs and stated the Pistons were "overrated", i figured i'd share my response
this playoff series, Richard Hamilton was playing with a bruise in his calf. it was reported that during the last 3 games of the Miami series, the bruise had finally healed. Check out his stats, his shots were finally falling during the last few games. Tayshaun Prince sprained his ankle during the playoffs. He's still playing tentative now, though i'm not sure it's because of the ankle. Ben Wallace has has bone spurs in his feet that he's been playing with the latter half of the season.
last season Rasheed Wallace was playing with planar faceitis (sp?) during the playoffs.
were the Heat playing with hurt players? sure. did it give the Pistons the advantage? possibly. does it detract from making the NBA Finals two years straight? hardly.
you don't win a championship based on luck. maybe a few games during the playoffs or maybe even a series. but 4 rounds, 16 games aren't won based on luck.
the pistons have made the Eastern Conference Finals for 3 years straight. They've made the NBA Finals 2 years straight. They thrashed the seemingly unbeatable Lakers last season to win an NBA title.
overrated? hardly.
