There's a lot of games on tonight folks, but I am not going to get greedy and start playing 'em all - that's where you start losing money. However, I am going to post the predicted winners of the other games but I doubt I shall place money on it. Choose the ones you think are solid and don't go crazy! Here's my plays for tonight:
Sixers @ Atlanta - LOST
The line once again on this game is extremely low, favoring the sixers by 4 points. Why you might ask? The only reason I can think of is that the sixers are playing away instead of at Philly. However, they are the obvious better team and even though the Hawks have beat out such teams as the Spurs, I don't think they are gonna pull this one out against a team that has been playing great as of late.
PLAY: Philly -4
Nets @ Miami - LOST
The spread here is 7, with Miami the favored team (obviously) and yes I do believe that Miami is coming out on top. Simply because the Nets are outmatched. They are on a winning streak but Shaq Diesel is about to end that. No one on New Jersey can hang with Miami in the paint. They may keep up for a little while, but I see Miami pulling away.
PLAY: Miami -7
Lakers @ Orlando - WON
Taking the favored team once again, Lakers have been playing amazing lately. Kobe dropped 62 points earlier - a record for him. I see him dropping at least 40+ tonight against the Orlando defense (doesn't stand a chance).
PLAY: Lakers -1.5
Toronto @ San Antonio - LOST
The line is huge on this game, around 12 depending on your bookie/site. The Spurs are winning by at least 16-20 points in this game. They haven't been playing good lately, but the game is at home and the Raptors are really not that great of a team. Look for the Spurs to sweep the Raptors in the 2nd half. Many veteran players on the Spurs that will be able to last and kill the Toronto defense.
PLAY: Spurs -12
Washington @ Phoenix - WON
The only reason I am choosing this game is because I have yet to choose a game with the underdog and this seems to be the only game where the underdog is gonna come on top. The Suns have won the past few games, but the Wizards have been playing a great season and I see them taking this game against the Suns who are missing a few players including Stoudemire.
PLAY: Wizards +8.5
