Player ratings I'm talking about. They seem completely out of wack. stuff like kevin martin ranked something like a 71, and plenty of other guys getting no credit. on the other side, kobe and lebron are unstoppable at a level way above anyone else.

going through the old school teams, some of the best 3pt shooters of all time had 3pt ratings in the 70s...I think ray allen was the best I could find, low 90s maybe

They spent 99% of their budget and time on graphics, so that left only one unpaid intern to create the rosters.

I definitely think its a problem that they only have a year to come out with these sports game. EA and 2K should alternate years, so they have 2 years to come out with a game

Tried playing and absolutely hated it. Just couldn't get into it at all. Gameplay felt slow and sluggish.

its a lot better than the previous few years IMO. this is the first version I've bought in a while, since I haven't enjoyed a basketball game since 2k on dreamcast. they never feel authentic. It drives me crazy when I miss 10 layups a game...

70's for 3pt is good in that game and way higher than other people. They can't have high 3pt rating for people cus then they'd make every 3 and even the best 3 shooters don't make every 3. It's very hard to make 3's and it shouldn't be easy for anyone. Easier for them yes but if you give them too high of a rating it'll be way too easy for them and all you'll do is shoot 3's.

 kobe is probably a 99 in some categories, but that doesn't mean he hits 99% of the time. its just a rating. at 90+ ray allen isnt hitting 90%

Yes but a good 3 shooter is still going to be difficult to hit every 3 with. Everyone is going to have lower 3 rating than other things since it's more difficult to hit them and I never said 99 means 99 percent or 90 means 90 percent.

why would they have lower ratings compared to other things? the best 3pt shooter should be rated close to the max rating...

free throws are easy, that doesn't mean most people are rated at the very top. regardless, that was just one example. the ratings compared to the actual player is way off

Just wait until the season gets going cus they change the ratings for people compared to how they play in real life.
