NBA 2k10 X-box live lag???

So I've started playing NBA 2k10 on X-box Live (pretty much the only reason I bought the game) and there is soooo much lag playing online that it's pretty much unplayable..... anybody else experience this? is there any way to fix it???

It really depends on who you're playing. Some are laggy and some aren't.

hmmm really? wow i wonder if it's my connection?? are there any settings i can change to reduce online lag?
