NBA: 2003 Olympic men's basketball TV schedule? (Anyone tape it?)

Does anyone know if they will be televising the men's basketball games on TV?

I've checked ESPN and USABasketball.com, but they only have the dates and times.

EDIT: just out of curiosity, did anyone tape these games?
 
i know they played an exhibition game vs. Puerto Rico and won.

i'd really like to watch the other games.

With McGrady, Duncan, Kobe (hopefully for the Olympics), Kidd, Malone (again hopefully). The USA would be in a big trouble in world b'ball if they lose with that squad.

you never know, you could have an audience member get up, announce he was some official somewhere, and then convince the olympic officials to follow a rule that is used in his league but not in the olympics 😉
 
Isn't the USA automatically in? Aren't they just playing for some type of position now? It's the crappy teams that are playing to qualify i think.

From what I heard on a B-Ball board, the weekend games from the tournament may be on ESPN or TNT/TBS. And they may have the medal round of the tournament on those channels if the USA is in it. But the other games are on NBA-TV.

Isn't the USA automatically in? Aren't they just playing for some type of position now? It's the crappy teams that are playing to qualify i think.

Because of Team USA sorry finish in Indianapolis during the World Championships last year [thanks George Karl and players], the USA must finish in the top 3 of the tournament in Puerto Rico to qualify for the Olympics.

I couldn't bring myself to fork out the $9.95 for the games. The first game against Argentina with the close score would be interesting to see.

I wonder what happened to Argentina in the championship game? They really bombed against TeamUSA in the second game.
