NBA 2000 3D Setup in Win2k??

NBA live 2000 won't recognize my geforce 2 gts in win2k. It worked fine in windows 98, but not in 2000. 3dsetup.exe gets errors and closes when i try to run it, so I can't tell nba live 2000 what my video card is, so It makes me play on teh lowest settings, instead of the highest. THIS SUCKS!!!!! NHL 2001 has a similar program, also titled 3dsetup.exe, and it works fine. THe problem is obviously that nba live 2000 wasn't designed with win2k in mind. Does anybody know how I can get win2k to recognize my video card in nba live 2000?
