I'm noticing that my MoBo (IS7) currently has the NB Fan and SYS Fan turned off in Winbond Hardware Doctor. Physically, the NB Fan connector is plugged in, so it *should* be on. There is no connection for the SYS Fan though, where should that come from?
Any ideas why the NB Fan might not be powering on even though it's connected?
