Nazi soldiers... what are they called?

I'm trying to remember the name for a Nazi soldier or group of Nazi soldiers.

As in "Look out, the _______ are coming to your house!"

Does anyone know? It's for an essay.

The gestapo was actually the State Secret Police, not soldiers, if that matters . . . <shrug>

Are you looking for the German word for them? (I can't spell it, so I'll have to look it up if that's what you're after)

Correct. The German word for soldiers is soldaten.

I always thought they were refered to as SS Soldiers. With the S's that looked like the ones in KISS's label.

The SS were a special group, the elite of the Nazi army. Only the most loyal/fanatic Nazis were SS.

Actually, the SS had little to nothing to do with the regular German Army. The SS were the elite private guards of the Nazi Party.
