It doesn't get really tough until the 2nd 9th week. That sounds tiring just reading it:Q

Well he says he got it from "Someone" so there's no real proof that it's the workout SEALs use, in fact I highly doubt all they do is running, pushups, pullups, dips, situps and swimming.

BUDS training is rough...we used be on the beach and watch individuals dropping out.

A kid at my school is going to the Academy next year and wants to be a Seal. While that looks tough, it's far from as rigorous as I would have expected. Now, what comes after week 18, that's what I want to know.

It's not right... they simulate drowning. Both trainees and instructors go in the water, and the trainees are tied, and the instructors continuously dunk them in the water.

What looney bin did you find that piece of info in :Q Some may pass out from exhaustion but I assure you it's not something that the training regimen tries to do.
