This is in Arizona, reports also say reservists in PA have also lost their job because of thier military obligations. It doesn't matter if you support war in Iraq or not, you MUST support the troops, and this doesn't cut it. I am now boycotting PepBoys and any subsidiary because this is not how a company operating in the US does business.

The family is now in debt, had to file bankruptcy and had to sell their house because of lost wages. Their lives have been turned upside down by Pepboys. This is truly unacceptable.

Trust me, I searched, but I believe it should be covered again, anyway, different people get on at different times, and everyone needs to see this.

It is illegal, but they are saying "job abandonment", and that he hadn't been up to par. But, maybe thats because he had 4 hours of driving per day to go from Tucson to Phoenix to cover the empty District Manager posisition. Its a load of crap.
