Navigating multi-page threads

Navigating multi-page threads, the mouse cursor behaves oddly when hovering above a "page number" [ 1 2 3 etc.] . Basically, the mouse cursor disappears, although clicking when "disappeared" still functions.
Another apparent bug: topic headers are, by default, not "crisp" black type, but instead are light grey. Is there an adjustment for changing the font color?
