NAV2k3 not starting up

I installed NAV2K3 a while back and I was cleaning out my bootup progs and I deleted several useless NAV progs and somehow, NAV refuses to bootup atleast in the sys tray, but when I start NAV, it shows that autoprotect is on, but e-mail scanning has an error. And when I try to reinstall or uninstall NAV, I get "Fatal error." Any help would be appreciated?

Right....

I have these Norton related things run at start up. I suggest you put them back if you removed them:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccApp.exe"
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\ccRegVfy.exe"

If you disabled any services, reenable them. I have Norton Systemworks2k3 Pro running on my laptop without problems. I ony prevented Ghost from loading at startup because I don't use it regularly.

What else is strange is that my liveupdate only shows up with capability to update liveupdate not norton antivirus. Anyway to fix that?

Yeah, those two programs HAVE to start in order for NAV to start/run.
