didnt switch from NAV2003 to NAV2004 due to increased bloat [and no real feature changes according to all i read]. I have been happy with NAV03 to date. Howver i read that even if you update regularly, you will miss some viruses that the new ones pick up as the engine isnt updated hence considerring switching

note alot of references on this site to Symantec Corporate version. What differences are there between this version and NAV2003? someone seemed to imply it was less of a resource hog...so i wondered if there was anything about it that might warrant a switch?

Also, i see a fair few Nod32 references from the [apparantly] more IT savvy - what is it about Nod32 that is better than SAV or NAV2003?

Go with kaspersky, they are the best! Use them exclusively on all my personal machines.
@ work, I use Panda Enterprise Secure, but for home PC's, go with Kav 5.
