NAV/Systemworks 2004 & Can't read CD/DVD/Floppy?

Ok, I'm baffled. Once I install Norton Systemworks 2004, my machine no longer recognizes A:\ (generic floppy), D:\ (Lite-On CD-RW), and E:\ (Lite-On DVD-ROM). Windows (2k, SP 4) tells me that the media isn't formatted, but it (Windows) can't format anything (tried a blank floppy). Drivers are good, from what I can tell. If I uninstall Norton, I can read the drives again!

Ideas?
